《猫不贴贴》（Cat Spat / くっつかにゃい！）由株式会社 LudenArts 开发和运营。本政策适用于这款 iOS 游戏。
游戏与本机存档
游戏无需注册账号。游戏进度、分数、道具、昵称、头像选择、设置和去广告状态保存在你的设备上，不上传到我们的服务器。我们不为运行游戏收集你的真实姓名、邮箱、通讯录、照片或精确位置。删除游戏可能使本机存档丢失；已购买的去广告项目可通过 Apple 的恢复购买功能恢复。
Apple 内购
去广告是一次购买的非消耗型项目，通过 Apple App Store 和系统 StoreKit 处理。游戏接收商品信息、价格及购买或恢复结果以提供功能；付款信息由 Apple 处理，我们无法取得你的银行卡资料。购买成功后，过关之间的插屏广告会停止。详情见 Apple 隐私政策。
Google AdMob 广告
游戏使用 Google AdMob 提供过关之间的插屏广告，没有激励视频或横幅。为投放广告、统计效果、防止作弊和诊断问题，Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能处理 IP 地址（可推断大致位置）、设备或应用标识符、设备及系统信息、广告展示与点击、应用交互、崩溃和性能数据。在支持 App 跟踪透明度（ATT）的 iOS 版本上，游戏通过 Google 的用户消息平台（UMP）说明数据用途，并在符合显示条件时请求 Apple 的系统跟踪许可。仅在系统许可允许时，广告 SDK 才会使用 IDFA。你可以拒绝跟踪并继续正常游戏，也可在 iOS 的「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 跟踪」中管理许可。在适用地区，游戏「设置」中的广告隐私选项可重新打开同意或退出选择。较旧 iOS 版本遵循系统提供的广告隐私设置。拒绝跟踪不代表广告 SDK 不处理投放非个性化广告、反作弊或诊断所需的其他数据。

Cat Spat (猫不贴贴 / くっつかにゃい！) is developed and operated by 株式会社 LudenArts (LudenArts, K.K.). This policy covers the iOS game.
The game and local saves
No account is required. Progress, scores, items, nickname, avatar selection, settings and the Remove Ads status are saved on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not collect your real name, email, contacts, photos or precise location to run the game. Deleting the game may remove local saves. The purchased Remove Ads entitlement can be restored through Apple.
Apple in-app purchase
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase handled by Apple's App Store and system StoreKit. The game receives product information, prices and purchase or restoration results to provide the feature. Apple handles payment information; we do not receive your bank card details. After a successful purchase, interstitial ads between levels stop. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Google AdMob advertising
The game uses Google AdMob for interstitial ads between levels, with no rewarded video or banner ads. To deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and diagnose problems, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses (which can indicate an approximate location), device or app identifiers, device and system information, ad impressions and clicks, app interactions, crash logs and performance data. On iOS versions that support App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to explain data use and request Apple's system tracking permission when eligible. The advertising SDK uses IDFA only when permitted by the system. You can decline tracking and keep playing, and manage permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where required, the advertising privacy option in the game's Settings reopens consent or opt-out choices. Older iOS versions follow the advertising privacy settings provided by the system. Declining tracking does not prevent the SDK from processing other data needed for non-personalized ads, fraud prevention or diagnostics.
Where applicable, Google's messages collect consent or opt-out choices. Advertising data processing depends on applicable rules, your choices and SDK configuration. Your choices and contacting us
You can remove local saves by deleting the game and related device backups. For data processed by Google or Apple, contact that provider using its policy above. If you email us, we use the email address and content you provide to respond, and retain them only as needed to handle the issue and meet necessary obligations. Contact us with questions or requests to access, correct or delete relevant information we hold.
Children and updates
The game is for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us with any concerns. We will update this page and the date above when the policy changes.

「くっつかにゃい！」（Cat Spat / 猫不贴贴）は株式会社 LudenArts が開発・運営しています。本ポリシーは本作の iOS 版に適用されます。
ゲームと端末内のデータ
アカウント登録は不要です。進行状況、スコア、アイテム、ニックネーム、アバターの選択、設定、広告オフの状態は端末内に保存され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。ゲームの動作のために本名、メールアドレス、連絡先、写真、正確な位置情報を収集することはありません。ゲームを削除すると、端末内のセーブデータが失われる場合があります。購入済みの広告オフは Apple の購入復元機能で復元できます。
Apple のアプリ内課金
広告オフは一度の購入で有効になる非消耗型の商品です。Apple の App Store と標準の StoreKit が購入を処理します。ゲームは機能提供のために商品情報、価格、購入・復元の結果を受け取ります。決済情報は Apple が取り扱い、当社がカード情報を受け取ることはありません。購入が完了すると、ステージ間のインタースティシャル広告が表示されなくなります。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
Google AdMob の広告
本作はステージ間のインタースティシャル広告に Google AdMob を使用します。リワード動画やバナー広告はありません。広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、問題の診断のため、Google Mobile Ads SDK は IP アドレス（おおよその位置を推定できる情報）、端末やアプリの識別子、端末・システム情報、広告の表示・タップ、アプリ内の操作、クラッシュログ、パフォーマンス情報を処理する場合があります。Appトラッキング透明性（ATT）に対応した iOS では、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）で利用目的を説明し、表示条件を満たす場合に Apple のシステムのトラッキング許可を求めます。広告 SDK はシステムの許可がある場合にのみ IDFA を使用します。許可しなくても通常どおり遊べます。許可は iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」で管理できます。対象地域では、ゲームの「設定」にある広告のプライバシー項目から同意やオプトアウトの選択画面を再表示できます。古い iOS ではシステムが提供する広告のプライバシー設定に従います。許可しない場合でも、非パーソナライズ広告の配信、不正防止、診断に必要なその他のデータが処理されることがあります。
対象地域では Google のメッセージで同意やオプトアウトの選択を確認します。広告に関するデータ処理は、適用される規則、選択内容、SDK の設定によって異なります。Google は他の国・地域でデータを処理する場合があります。保存期間、提供先、データに関する権利については、パートナーのアプリで収集した情報の Google による使用と Google プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
データの管理とお問い合わせ
端末内のセーブデータは、ゲームと関連する端末のバックアップを削除することで消去できます。Google や Apple が処理するデータは、上記のポリシーに従って各社へお問い合わせください。当社にメールを送信した場合、ご提供いただいたメールアドレスと内容を回答のために使用し、対応と必要な義務の履行に必要な期間だけ保管します。当社が保有する関連情報の開示、訂正、削除やご質問は下記までご連絡ください。
お子さまとポリシーの変更
本作は一般のプレイヤー向けで、特にお子さまを対象としたゲームではありません。当社はお子さまの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。懸念がある場合はお問い合わせください。内容を変更する際は、このページと上記の日付を更新します。
